Method: Native exchange NMR
Conditions: pH 4.6; 27.0 Celsius; Probes: 54
Related publication:
PMID 11141058
Experiment details: "For the hydrogen-deuterium exchange experiments, lyophilized, uniformly 15N-labeled VHH-H14 was dissolved in D2O buffer [10 mM deuterated sodium acetate (99.5% D), 100 mM NaCl, and 0.02% sodium azide (pH 4.6)] to a concentration of 0.5 mM. The pH meter readings were corrected for the isotope effect."
